Contractors Terms
Contractors Payroll procedures
Contractors must to submit using Time Tracking all worked hours by the 1st day of following month (es. June 2010 all Activity transmitted to us by the 1st July 2010.
Digital Goods Contractors Payment Terms is up to 90 days from the date of accepted (time-sheets) or Invoices, by cheque or Bank Transfer.
Digital Goods Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to Review all activity and project assigned to all Contractors, and check if the Contractors have complete all the activity and project assigned to Him/Her, in case after the Review the Company cant see the Project completed, than the Company may stop the payment requested from the Contractors and may pay any or part of the work done from the Contractors.
(es. You work Mon-Fri from 13:00 to 17:00 and your Assigned project is to add 170 Leads into the Database in 4 Hours, if you insert less than 170 Leads, the Company doesn't Pay you the time you worked but only the Leads you insert into the Database.)
This is to prevent Contractors to Log 4 Hours Worked on Project, even if they didn't any work from that project.
The Review Contractors Account time may take up 45 working days starting from 20th of the following month of the activity and project are made (Es June 2010 Activity, review clock start from the 20th July 2010).
Return VOIP, secured Deposit procedures.
All secured deposit regarding the gateway Voip are returned to the Contractors by Cheque within 90 working days from the date of received Gateway VOIP, only if:

VOIP is in Fully working conditions, with all original accessories.

No sign of external damage.

No changed on Configuration or Firmware.

Have the same SN (serial Number).
In case Contractors request the Secured Deposit before the received Voip by post from us, the Deposit Will be returned to Contractors within 90 Working days starting from the date of the received request by post (Not by Email).
We do not pay postal chages to the Contractors, and we do not request to pay charged for delivery voip to Contractors.
Please make sure your parcel is covered for loss and damages, before to post to us the Voip gateway, we are not responsible if the Postal Service lost or damage your gateway.
