Digital’s Work@Home Solutions program gives associates the stability of working for a leader in the global call center industry. Working from home has never been easier or more convenient. To begin an assigned shift, an associate will simply log into their Digital Goods account.
Associates will be required to service inbound calls. Calls may involve billing inquiries, account or product inquiries, product or service orders, installation scheduling or technical product trouble shooting. Our clients come from various industries such as financial services, telecommunications, retail, hospitality and health care.
Additional information:
- All calls will involve an element of sales, at minimum offering additional products and services
- Training for all positions will be full time, 40 hours per week for one to six weeks; length of training will depend on the complexity of the assignment
Qualifications of successful associates:
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent verbal and listening skills, including a professional and articulate voice
- Ability to multi-task in several computer applications at once while holding a conversation with a customer
- Enjoy working in a fast paced, and at times, hectic environment while maintaining a professional attitude
- Ability to maintain a quiet work environment without any conflicting responsibilities
- High school diploma or GED at minimum
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check, credit check, and drug screen
- Maintain a deep commitment to provide each and every customer with exceptional service

Home Office Requirements
Associates will need to provide an office that is noise and distraction free, because focusing on customers will be the number one priority during working hours. Be aware that common distractions may include interruptions from family members, cell phones, television, music, doorbells and pets.
Computer Requirements - Personal computer can be a laptop or desktop configured with:
- Operating system – Windows XP, 7, Vista - 32 or 64 bit, Mac OSX
- RAM – Minimum 1 GB
- Processor Speed – Minimum 1.7 GHz
- Free Space – 35 MB
- Anti Virus - Norton/Symantec, McAfee or Avast
For your convenience, our application process includes a built-in computer diagnostic test to determine if your computer meets our requirements.
Internet Requirements:
- High speed Internet access with DSL or cable
- We cannot support dial-up, satellite or Internet Keys
- Internet speed – Download speed 1.5 MB, upload speed 300 kb
Telephone Requirements:
- Dedicated analog or digital land line – can be installed after accepting position, but prior to starting training
- Long-distance service plan is not required
- Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP)
- Cannot use cell phones
- Once hired, associates may be required to purchase a Digital Goods approved telephone
Headset Requirements:
- Once hired, associates will be required to purchase a Digital Goods approved headset
